Trips to the museum can be a bore, slowly walking from one exhibition to another, there’s simply no excitement in it. English sculptor, Jason deCaires Taylor came up with a way to make the concept of visiting a museum fun and exciting, as well as creating awareness about the declining coral reef population.   1. Very interesting !!! It not only attracts people and educates them on the declining reefs but I’m betting it would also destroy the nets of unsuspecting fisherman. Thats a win – win!! Awesome ideas popping up all over the world.

    This is an awesome idea. Not only does it give something for the coral to stick to but imagine if the statues created a defensive barrier against the fishing nets? I’m sure some of those big statues would tear up the fishing boats drag nets. Its a win – win for everyone! I will be looking into this at greater depth in the near future. (no pun intended)
