Sushi is light, textured, creamy (sometimes), colorful and most of all yummy. It is no surprise that people around the world has made their own interpretation of this Japanese classic, by incorporating local flavours and ingredients.
We present to you, the Sushi Cake. Layers of seaweed, sushi rice, avocado and salmon stacked up to make this (photo above) intriguing interpretation of the classic sushi, of course this can be found in France. What do you think?
